• We are open from 9am to 5pm
• We are an all weather facility.  If it’s raining we can provide umbrellas.
• We are able to accommodate all ages and all group sizes
• Entrance fee to the snake sanctuary is a day rate
• Children aged 2 and younger are free
• We offer a pensioner rate to all our South African Pensioners
• All the tours are conducted by our tour guides and are 1 hour .
• Last tour is at 4pm
• Our facilities are wheelchair accessible except for the curio shop.
• We have a curio (gift) shop and sell refreshments including hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice-creams.
• Unless requested otherwise, tours are conducted in English or Afrikaans
• If you plan to do the forest walk please remember to wear comfortable shoes
